In accordance with DECREE LAW 9/2024 of 2 August No. 9910 we inform you about the House and owners’ community rules.
APARTMENT VISTAMAR HOUSE RULES
- Self-catering apartment: During the stay there is no daily cleaning service or change of bed linen and towels. The use of washing machine,iron, hoover, broom and dustpan is provided.
- Air conditioning: Please use the air conditioning responsibly and turn it off when no one is in the apartment. The recommended comfort temperature is 25ºC.
- No smoking inside the apartment.
- Make sure you lock the front doors every time you leave the apartment.
- Towels: Bath towels should only be used inside the apartment. Do not bring pool towels to the beach.
- Dishwasher: Please use the highest temperature programme
- Washing machine: Do not wash towels with bleach.
- Oven: Please clean the oven after each use. Otherwise we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee of € 25.
- Duvets and pillows: Do not use duvets and pillows without their covers
- Sun loungers: Do not bring the sun loungers from the terrace to the swimming pool
- Router: Do not reset the router
- Awning: In case of strong wind, please retract the awning.
- Ventilate the apartment: Due to the humidity and in order to avoid condensation damage, we kindly ask you to ventilate the apartment twice a day, especially in winter.
- Please do not sit on the couch when covered in sunscreen
- Rubbish: Place your rubbish in the bins located 50 m behind the last house on Vistamar Street. Bottles, glass and paper should be deposited in the containers located in Polígono Encinas street. It is not allowed to leave any rubbish or plastic bags inside the apartment or in the street, on the pavement, in the corridors or outside the front door.
- Pets:
- Request for prior authorisation: The tenant must request prior authorisation for the admission of pets at the time of booking. In the case of dogs, the breed and size must be indicated.
- Maximum number of pets admitted: 2
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time.
- Pets should not be left alone and unsupervised in the apartment or on the street
COMMUNITY RULES
- Hours of silence: Please avoid disturbing noises during midday from 13:30 to 15:00 and during the night between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Parking: Cars should be parked diagonally.
- Street Vistamar: Vistamar Street is a one-way street and the speed limit is 30 Kmh.
- Swimming pool:
- The swimming pool is only accessible to the owners, their guests or their tenants. It is therefore obligatory to keep the gates closed
- Swimming pool opening hours: The swimming pool can be used between 08.00 hours and 20.00 hours.
- Please respect the opening hours, safety advice and rules of conduct posted on the pool signs.
- Use of the pool at your own risk: The pool area should only be used by people who can swim or accompanied by someone who can swim. Children must always be accompanied by their parents or adults who can accept full responsibility for them. Glasses and bottles must not be brought into the pool area.
- It is forbidden to smoke, use air mattresses, balls and other toys when other users are in the pool, with the exception of the baby pool area. Sun loungers must not be moved from the pool area. Do not keep them occupied with a towel or book without being present in the pool area. You may bring your own private lounger or chair into the pool area.
