L’appartement est conforme au descriptif donné sur le site internet, bien équipé et très propre. L’accueil par la gérante Katarina était agréable et la propriétaire Marriane était toujours disponible au téléphone ou par e-mail pour répondre à nos questions. Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables dans un bel appartement, meublé et décoré avec goût, confortable et très, très propre avec une vue grand angle sur la mer. Merci à Marianne et Pepe de nous avoir confié leur appartement et de tous les contacts que nous avons échangés. Après 30 ans de location, c’est la première fois que l’on voit un appartement très bien entretenu et IMPECCABLE, rien est oublié, donc merci aussi à Katarina et à Shaun. Wir haben 5 schöne Tage im Apartment verlebt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigt haben. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter war sehr gut und wir haben ein paar schöne Restaurant- und Ausflugstipps erhalten. Die Terrasse des Apartments ist natürlich wunderschön. Nur der kleine Strand im Ort hat uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen, was aber kein Problem war, da man nach 15 Minuten Autofahrt am Strand von Xabia schön entspannten konnte. We stayed in Pepe’s apartment at the beginning of June with our two children. All of us loved the place, it had absolutely all we needed plus a magnificent view and a serene relaxed feel. We frequently use holiday rentals and this is possibly the cleanest accommodation we have ever stayed in, even the oven and the kitchen appliances looked brand new. The area was quiet, with very few visitors at this time of year and we had the pool to ourselves much of the time. You will need a car anywhere you stay in the area because of the hilly terrain. The beaches are delightful and our favourite one Cala Morraig was also the nearest to the apartment. At the beginning of June the sea was warm enough and full of fish. Some of the coastal walks are also spectacular and for climbers there are very nice routes a short drive away at Calpe and Alcalali, you won’t be bored. (Also, check the drawers under Pepe’s TV for a pair of binoculars to spot the ships passing by as you sip your coffee on the terrace.) Many thanks to the owners for a beautiful week!. Just having so relaxing and enjoyable holiday week in Vistamar apartment. Everything has been more than we expected. The apartment is situated amazing sea view, just 5 minutes drive from Cala del Moraig excellent beach. The apartment is very clean, well equipped with washing machine , dish washer, micro etc. We received the keys very easy from helpful stuff when we arrive late in the evening. The apartment is peaceful and it is only about one and half drive from Alicante. Visiting also Valencia Opera, Biar, Guadalest, Petrer, Xabia, Moraira, so called day trips which can be easily done from Vistamar. There is also excellent restaurant near by: Restaurant Cumbre.
